Woman faces charges for 4th OWI offense.

JANESVILLE, Wis. — A woman is facing her fourth OWI offense after bing pulled over for an equipment violation overnight Sunday, Janesviell police said.

The driver, Tammy Goede, seemed to be impaired when speaking to police, officials said. Police said she admitted to having consumed drugs and alcohol.

Goede had three prior alcohol-related incidents on her driving record, police said.
