Woman arrested for third OWI offense, nine various warrants, police said

OREGON, Wis. — A 26-year-old woman was slumped over the the wheel of a vehicle parked on Monroe Street at Market Street in Oregon Monday night, when a stranger knocked on the window, according to a police.
When Samantha A. Pritzkow woke up, she drove away and the person called police with a description of the vehicle. An officer stopped the vehicle around 1:30 p.m., and she was tested for impairment.
Pritzkow was arrested for operating of a motor vehicle while intoxicated third offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony bail jumping, deviating from designated lane and operating while revoked, police said.
Pritzkow was also booked into Dane County jail on nine various warrants, according to police.
