Woman arrested after pulling knife on man at Reynolds Park

MADISON, Wis. — Madison police arrested a woman Sunday after they said she threatened a man with a knife at a downtown park.
Officers were sent to Reynolds Park at around 4:20 p.m. Witnesses said the woman became upset after she couldn’t find her personal belongings.
She allegedly left the area, returned, and pulled a knife on a man. She was arrested outside a nearby business.
She faces charges for lewd/lascivious behavior, second-degree recklessly endangering safety and disorderly conduct while armed.
An investigation is ongoing.
News 3 Now is not naming the woman at this time as part of a policy not to name people accused of crimes until they have been formally charged in court.
