Wolfpack advance in NJCAA World Series
Defeat Brunswick 6-0
ENID, Okla. — Madison College must have saved their runs for Sunday. Saturday, the Wolfpack couldn’t figure out North Iowa’s Tim Black. Black tossed a perfect game through 7 1/3 innings, and Madison fell 2-0.
Sunday was a different story. The Wolfpack bats were alive from the start. In the 2nd, Danny Krause and Bryce Barsness carried the load as they spearheaded a 4-0 Wolfpack lead. Dan Schmitt pitched a complete game shutout for Madison, as they won easily 6-0.
The Wolfpack will play Grand Rapids Monday at 3:30 pm.
