Wisconsin sex offender relocating to Edgerton

The Rock County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public about the relocation of a sex offender to Edgerton.

Byron G. Conner will be moving to 9710 N. Arrowhead Shores Road on Aug. 19, according to law enforcement in Rock County.

Conner was convicted of kidnapping/seizeing or confining without consent on June 25, 2001.

While living in Edgerton, the conditions of Conner’s supervision include but are not limited to, no unsupervised contact with minors; no patronizing taverns, bars or liquor stores; no contact with victims; and no consumption of alcohol or drugs.

Conner must also comply with standard sex offender rules and cooperate with GPS monitoring.

Conner currently lives at a supervised living facility in Mauston.

The Rock County Sheriff’s Office said notification of his relocation is not intended to increase fear, but simply to keep the public informed.
