Willy Street Fair to close Williamson, other streets over weekend

A portion of Williamson Street will be closed for the 38th annual Willy Street Fair this weekend.

Williamson Street will be closed between Livingston and Ingersoll streets from noon until 10:30 p.m. on Saturday and from 7:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, according to a release.

A parade on Sunday will close additional streets from 11 a.m. to noon:

South Paterson Street from Williamson Street to Spaight Street
Spaight Street from Paterson Street to Few Street Few Street from Spaight Street to Williamson Street
Williamson Street from Few Street to Ingersoll Street

Several Madison Metro bus routes will also be detoured for the festival.
