Bill was born in Madison on December 18, 1937. He attended Middleton High School before attending the U.S. Navy. His family was very important to him, especially his two grandsons, Alex and Aaron Wills.
Bill is survived by his two children, Cinde K. Porter (Norm Rimmer) of Craig, CO and James R. Wills (Caren King) of Middleton, WI; beloved grandsons, Alex Wills and Aaron Wills; along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeannie (Hinrichs) Wills; parents, Ray and Irene Tank; his father and mother-in-law, Roman and Carrie Hinrichs; brother, Bobby Wills; and brother-in-law, Richard Hinrichs.
In keeping with Bill’s request, no services will be held.
The Family would like to extend a special thanks to Nikki and the other team members from Agrace along with family friend, Dave Cross, for the exceptional care they provided.
