JANESVILLE— Wilbur M. Wolf, age 92, of Janesville, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 23, 2012, while at St. Mary’s Janesville Hospital. He was born in Markle, IN, on Oct. 23, 1919, the oldest son of Aaron and Eva (Houser) Wolf. He graduated from Union Center High School in 1939 and attended Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, IN. He was united in marriage to Betty Jackson on Sept. 22, 1940. Wilbur pastored churches in Kingsford Heights, IN, West Allis and New Berlin, WI until his retirement, moving to Janesville in 1983. He was a member of Grace Church in New Berlin and attended Grace Ev. Church in Afton, WI.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty on June 18, 1995. He married Olive (Boone) Titus, a long-time family friend on Aug. 21, 2002. Other survivors include his children: Teresa (Robert) Vigneault, Jerry (Susan) Wolf, David (Judith) Wolf, and Daniel (Kathleen) Wolf all of Janesville; a person who has been like a son, Dale Mrotek of Brookfield; many precious grandchildren and great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Doris (Bud) Miller of Menomonee Falls and Norma Jean Gruber of Ft. Meyers, FL; a brother, Howard (Joyce) Eldon of Watertown; as well as nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife; parents; and 2 brothers, Donald and Jay Wolf.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, May 25, 2012, at the SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME and CREMATORY. Entombment will be in Milton Lawns Memorial Park. Visitation will take place on Friday from 11:30 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home. As an expression of sympathy, memorials may be made to Grace Church of New Berlin, Grace Ev. Church of Afton, or Foundation Bible Church of Janesville.
