MADISON, Wis. — President Joe Biden will give his first State of the Union address in front of a joint session of Congress tonight at 8 p.m. central time.

Dr. Maurice Sheppard, a political science expert at Madison College, joined News 3 Now This Morning to talk about what we could expect to hear in the address.
