Weaving driver on Highway 51 charged with felony OWI

A Windsor man was arrested early Sunday morning after authorities said he was weaving in his lane as he drove on Highway 51.

In a news release, the Dane County Sheriff’s Office said a deputy saw a vehicle being driven by 35-year-old Brad Kelley weaving in its lane on Highway 51 near Terminal Drive in McFarland. The deputy stopped the vehicle for several equipment violations and for weaving.

The sheriff’s office said Kelley was arrested and charged with his fourth OWI, a felony, and is being held at the Dane County Jail.
