WATCH: President Joe Biden visits Wisconsin, speaks on infrastructure plan

LA CROSSE, Wis. — President Joe Biden is visiting a Metro Transit Utility facility in La Crosse while promoting his jobs and infrastructure plan.

The president began the visit by touring the transit facility while talking about the need to improve Wisconsin’s roads. After the tour, he will give remarks on his bipartisan plan before heading back to Washington.

Biden is the latest sitting president to visit the western Wisconsin city, joining George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama and Donald Trump.
