MADISON, Wis. — As lawmakers, including Republican U.S. Rep. Mike Gallagher of De Pere, introduce legislation to ban TikTok over security concerns, Don Stanley, a social media expert from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, joins Live at Four to discuss whether the app is too big to ban.
