Victoria L. Mathews

JANESVILLE—Victoria L. Mathews, age 55, of Janesville, passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2012, at Agrace Hospice Care Inc, Fitchburg surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Janesville on June 11, 1956, the daughter of Kennard and Margaret (Restivo) Sturdevant. She was a 1974 graduate of Craig High School and was a lifelong resident of Janesville. Victoria married Randy A. Mathews on March 13, 1998, in Janesville. She was employed by Pick N Save as a front end manager for the past 7 years until her illness prevented her from continuing. She was an avid Green Bay Packer fan, loved to travel (especially taking cruises) and spending time with her grandchildren.

Victoria is survived by her husband, Randy; 2 sons, Jason (Beth) Sturdevant of Seattle, WA, and Josh Clark of Glendale, AZ; 2 grandchildren, Harpor and Allister; mother, Margaret Sturdevant of Janesville; brother, Charles (Edie) Sturdevant of Dubuque, IA; sister, Michelle (Mike) Augustine of Janesville; and 4 nieces and nephews: Jeremy, Jeni, Jameson and Jon. She was preceded in death by her father.

A Private Family Service will be held at Milton Lawns Memorial Park. SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, Janesville is assisting the family.
