Victor J. Bram

Middleton – Victor J. Bram, age 94 passed away peacefully at Agrace HospiceCare, Inc. on Saturday, June 9, 2012. He was born on April 24, 1918 on the family farm in Springfield Corners, the son of Mathias and Anna (Schuetz) Bram.
Victor married Louise Millard on June 21, 1941 in Martinsville. He was a veteran of WWII, having served with the U.S. Army, 355 Engineers Division and received four battle medals of honor. Upon returning, Victor worked as a auto mechanic for Madison Motors and Russ Darrow, retiring in 1980. Together with his wife Louise, they built their cottage on Lake Redstone, where they made and shared many memories with family and friends.
In addition to Louise, his wife of 71 years, survivors include his daughter Louise; four grandchildren, Bryan and Bradly Fish, Bart Myers and Heidi Appel; eight great-grandchildren; his sister, Mary Ann Dahmen; sister-in-law, Agnes Bram and other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his three children, Victor M., Carol and Denise; his grandson, Gregory Bram and nine brothers.
Visitation will be held at the GUNDERSON WEST FUNERAL & CREMATION CARE CENTER, 7435 University Ave, on Thursday, June 14, 2012 from 12:30 pm until 2:00 pm when a Scripture service will be held.
