Two-year-old dies after accident with farm machinery in Monroe County
WILTON, Wis. — A two-year-old child is dead after an accident with farm machinery, Monroe County Sheriff’s officials said.
Emergency crews were called to an address on Lilac Avenue in Wilton on Sunday just before noon. The child had been run over and was unresponsive.
Emergency personnel was unable to save the child, who died of injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s and Medical Examiner’s Offices are investigating the incident.
