Two businesses to open at Middleton’s Greenway Station
X-Golf Middleton and Charming Charlie will be setting up shop in the area.
In the new year, two new tenants are coming to Greenway Station.
According to a release from RED Development, X-Golf Middleton and Charming Charlie will be setting up shop at Greenway Station. Along with those two businesses, Renu Massage recently opened in early October 2020.
“At Greenway Station, we are dedicated to creating an approachable lifestyle center with retailers that reflect the demands of the local market,” says Scott Rehorn, managing partner at RED Development.
Renu Massage specializes in myofascial release techniques and is located near HomeGoods. “We provide an inclusive, comfortable space for all, and we especially want to reach more of the LGBTQ community who will feel safe and respected with us,” owner Heidi Aschenbrenner says.
X-Golf Middleton — a space with seven golf simulators, a golf performance center, a full bar and a lounge area — is part of a franchise with more than 20 locations in the United States. The business will be along with Greenway Station’s main street near Bath & Body Works. X-Golf is expected to open in February.
Charming Charlie, which will be opening in the spring, will have women’s clothing, accessories, beauty and gifts.
