Two arrested on OWI charges following early morning road rage incident on north side

MADISON, Wis. — Police arrested two people early Tuesday morning on drunken driving charges after getting a call about a road rage incident on Madison’s north side.

The caller who reported the incident met with officers at the Madison Police Department’s North District Station around 3 a.m.

A while later, police made contact with the two drivers who were involved in the incident. Police said they noticed signs of impairment with both drivers.

Both drivers were arrested and booked into the Dane County Jail. Samantha Brown, 32, was booked for first-offense OWI, possession of narcotics, bail jumping, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Miracle Loyd, 42, was booked for fifth-offense OWI.
