Two arrested, face charges in Green Co. burglaries
MONROE, Wis. — Detectives in Green County have arrested two men in connection with at least two business burglaries.
The first break-in was reported on July 22 by the owners of the Argyle Rod and Gun Club, which is location on State Hwy. 81, just west of Monroe. Alcoholic beverages, money and other items were stolen, police said.
The second burglary happened Sunday morning at Klondike Cheese Factory on Hwy. 81. Investigators said the burglars took food, as well as items from employee lockers.
Police said the suspects forcibly entered both businesses.
They’ve arrested Nicholas D. Siegel, 19, of Monroe, and Cody A. Young, 19, of Argyle. The men face charges of burglary and causing criminal damage to property.
