Traffic stop leads to multiple drug arrests
BOSCOBEL, Wis. — Three people were arrested in Boscobel early Saturday morning after a traffic stop, police said.
Boscobel police said in a Facebook post that a K-9 unit pulled over a vehicle for a registration violation at 2:29 a.m. An investigation led to the driver and two passengers being arrested.
The driver, Carl J. Rabe, was arrested and charged with methamphetamine possession, possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
A passenger, Ashley M. Starkey, faces a charge of maintaining a drug trafficking place. Another passenger, Treagir J. Sander, was arrested on a probation hold.
