A successful woman-owned promotional products and fulfillment company, Tools of Marketing keeps it all in the family. Founder Marietta Reuter cultivates talent among her family to transform her small business into one prosperous marketing business. When she first ran Tools of Marketing out of an 8-by-8-foot bedroom in her 900-square-foot home, she hired her niece, Amanda, as her first employee. She has been with the company ever since.

Later, Reuter would hire her daughters, Mariah and Martina, who worked in the business during high school and college. All three decided to stay after college and became full-time employees and part owners of the company. Since that time, the company has grown to the point where it’s now run from professional offices. By April 2018, the business had moved into a newly constructed 10,000-square-foot building, which allowed it to offer more fulfillment programs and take on additional staff. This year, 15,000 square feet will be added to the building to accommodate the ever-expanding business.
