Three suspects in custody in relation to death in Adams County
Three suspects are in custody in relation to the death of Isaac Salinas , according to a news release from the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.
The suspects are: 46-year-old Susan Hall of Oxford, 46-year-old Michael Mathewson of Adams and 55-year-old Debra Phillips of Friendship.
The investigation suggests the suspects helped hide Salinas’ body, according to police. Officials say that Hall allegedly obstructed officers while they were investigating.
Police suspect the death was caused by drug overdose, but they cannot confirm this until toxicology results are final.
The investigation is ongoing.
