Theresa Marie Queiser

Sun Prairie-Theresa Marie (nee Craig) Queiser, age 44, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at her home of natural causes.

She was born on November 12, 1967 in North Bend, OR the daughter of Bryan & Wilma (Schrader) Craig. Terri was united in marriage with David Queiser on September 4, 1999 in Madison. She was a graduate of North Bend High School, Class of 1985 and of Oregon State University in 1990 with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Technical Journalism, with a minor in Applied Economics.

Terri was employed with American Family Insurance Co. as an Application Development Senior Engineer. She was an active member of Burke Lutheran Church, Madison. In her spare time, she was an avid reader, loved travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Terri was a wonderful loving and caring mother and wife. She loved her daughter dearly and was preparing to adopt another. Terri will be missed by her beloved family which include her husband, David; her daughter, Danielle, the light of her life; her father, Bryan (Claudia); her mother Wilma (Clem); her brother, Bryan (Kim) Craig; step-brothers and step-sisters; mother & father-in-law, Joretta & Lawrence Queiser; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Burke Lutheran Church, 5720 Portage Road, Madison with Rev. Josh Ehrler officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 from 4-7:00 p.m. at the Cress Funeral Home, Sun Prairie and on Wednesday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
