Semitrailer hits bridge, dislodges concrete
Officials: no one was injured in the Tuesday morning incident
A semitrailer carrying a forklift with a 30-foot boom arm hit the Wisconsin Avenue bridge on U.S. Highway 45 -- dislodging concrete that then struck three vehicles.
