Officials are asking for the public's help in identifying a vehicle and person from a surveillance video in connection with an arson on Madison's east side Wednesday.
The Madison Fire Department says a fire on the city's east side caused tens of thousands of dollars in damage and has displaced four people.
A father and son were injured and the father was arrested after a rollover crash injured both of them, according to the Rock County Sheriff's Office.
