Whitewater avenges only loss of 2015

In October, Oshkosh snapped Whitewater's nation-leading 36 game winning streak. Saturday at Titans Stadium, the Warhawks got revenge, and ended the Titans' season 31-29 in the national quarterfinals.

Whitewater's season ends in heartbreaking fashion

Whitewater baseball had everything under control in their D3 NCAA Regional game against Concordia-Chicago. Heading into the bottom of the ninth inning, the Warhawks had a 7-3 lead, and seemed poised for another win. Concordia had other ideas. Down to their final out of the game, the Cougars scored five runs to stun the Warhawks 8-7. 

UWSP rallies to stun Whitewater

Sunday at Miller Stadium, Whitewater started out hot. They scored four runs in the bottom of the first and another in the fourth to jump out to a 5-0 lead in the WIAC Tournament Championship. From there, UW-Stevens Point took over.

Warhawks shutout by Pointers

Saturday morning at James B. Miller Stadium, UW-Stevens Point got the best of the Warhawks. The Pointers used a four-run sixth inning and solid pitching to beat Whitewater 5-0, with the Warhawks suffering their first shutout in more than a year.

Saturday at Perkins Stadium, Whitewater football survived a second half Linfield rally to win 20-14 and advance to the NCAA Division Three National Championship for the ninth time in 10 years.

Whitewater football extended their nation-long win streak to 29 games Saturday when they beat Wabash 38-14 in the second round of the NCAA Division Three playoffs.

UW-Whitewater crushed Macalester (Minn.) 55-2 Saturday at Perkins Stadium. With the win, the Warhawks advance to the second round of the NCAA Division Three Playoffs. The Warhawks play Wabash in the second round next Saturday with the time and location to be announced.

Whitewater Softball had a good run, but Tuft was too much to handle Sunday in Tyler, Texas. The Jumbos started out fast and never let up as they defeated the Warhawks 8-0.

Wednesday, the National Basketball Coaches Association named UW-Whitewater Men's Basketball coach Pat Miller the NCAA Division Three National Coach Of The Year. 

Warhawks head to Stagg Bowl XLI

Whitewater Football is headed back to the Division Three National Championship for the eighth time in nine years. They'll play Mount Union, the same team they've played their last seven trips to Salem, Va.

Warhawks beat Mary Hardin-Baylor 16-15

Jordan Ratliffe ran for 100 yards and two touchdowns and Matt Behrendt passed for 197 yards to lead Wisconsin-Whitewater to a 16-15 victory over Mary Hardin-Baylor in an NCAA Division III semifinal Saturday afternoon.

Warhawks Remain Perfect with win at Oshkosh

The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater football team remained unbeaten as a fourth quarter score put them up, 17-14, to defeat UW-Oshkosh. The Warhawks improve to 7-0 while the Titans suffered their first loss of the year. This is UW-W's tenth win in the last 11 meetings between the pair.Booker Ross scored the game winning touchdown on an 18-yard run in the fourth quarter, set-up by a Jordan Ratliffe 56 yard rush, the longest rush by a Warhawk this season.
