Wisconsin man is one of two final witnesses to the end of World War II

On Sept. 2, 1945, a then-20-year-old Otto Wilkinson stood by the railing of the U.S.S. Missouri and watched history being made as the Japanese signed a formal surrender ending World War II. He was one of 2,700 people aboard the Missouri that day; now, 71 years later, he is one of only two left to tell the story.
