Complaint: Middleton company failed in timely report of defective coffeemakers
A safety hazard complaint has been filed against Spectrum Brands, alleging the company failed to report a hazardous defect involving handles that detached from Black & Decker brand SpaceMaker coffee pots in a timely manner, according to a release.
