Deputy arrests potential drunken driver while pumping gas
A Janesville man has been charged with his fifth offense of operating a vehicle while intoxicated after he drove through a ditch to get to a gas station, only to pull up next to a Rock County Sheriff's Deputy, according to the Sheriff's Department.
