Medical examiner: Man died from machine falling on him
Hudzinski was victim of workplace accident
A forensic investigation completed on Friday indicates a Middleton man's death is the direct result of a piece of equipment falling on him during a workplace accident, according to the Dane County Medical Examiner's office.
