Florida has affordable housing issues two years after Maria
Protesters march outside the Invitation Homes office in Altamonte Springs on Friday. This group, made up of several activist organizations, is demanding affordable rents during a housing crisis in Central Florida. Luz Gonzalez is a Hurricane Maria survivor who says she lost her home in the storm and moved here. Gonzalez says she is one of many Puerto Ricans struggling to make ends meet and put a roof over her mother and herself in Orlando.
