There are 325,510 flood-damaged cars on U.S. roads this year, according to an analysis of vehicle-history reports by Carfax. And that figure doesn't include the tens of thousands of vehicles damaged by Tropical Storm Harvey and Hurricane Irma. Waterlogged vehicles turn up in every state, even those they never experience a catastrophic flood. These 10 cities account for about a third of waterlogged cars on the road in 2017.
