Police: Man facing 5th OWI also had cocaine, pot in van
A 30-year-old Madison man faces multiple charges, including his fifth charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, after being arrested in the Town of Blooming Grove late Tuesday night, according to the Dane County Sheriff's office.
