DOT: 149 small airport towers to stay open through Sept. 30
Federal legislation helps cancel closures
The Department of Transportation announced Friday it will continue operations at all 149 contract towers, including one in Janesville, through the end of the fiscal year as a result of recently enacted federal legislation.
