Sydnie G. Kwiatkowski

STOUGHTON-Sydnie G. Kwiatkowski, age 16, of Stoughton, died as a result of an accident on Lake Kegonsa on Friday, June 8, 2012. She was born on June 11, 1996, in Prescott, Ariz., the daughter of Jay and Tina (Garrett) Kwiatkowski.

Sydnie’s 16 years of life though brief were very full as she was always on the go. She was the firecracker of the family with a great sense of humor and an infectious smile. Sydnie loved listening to music, playing pranks, and created many memorable times for her friends, cousins, and family. She will be dearly missed.

Sydnie is survived by her parents, Jay and Tina of Stoughton; two sisters, Taneika Kwiatkowski and Tiffany Horter; grandmothers, LaVon Garrett and Laurie Kwiatkowski; great-grandmother, Beulah Muehlemann; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, David Garrett and Larry Kwiatkowski and uncle, Tom Kwiatkowski.

Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON STOUGHTON FUNERAL HOME, 1358 Hwy. 51, Stoughton, at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13, 2012. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from noon until the time of the service on Wednesday. A luncheon will follow at the VFW, 200 Veterans Road, Stoughton. Memorials may be directed to the family for a memorial to be established in Sydnie’s name.
