Southbound I-39 down to 1 lane in Columbia County near Portage
PORTAGE, Wis. — Construction crews are making emergency pavement repairs to part of I-29 in Columbia County.
The construction has closed the left lane of southbound I-39 at mile marker 90, which is near Portage.
The lane is expected to be closed for two hours, according to an alert by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
