Smoke from Canadian wildfires arrives in southern Wisconsin

MADISON, Wis. — Smoke from a Canadian wildfire arrived Thursday in southern Wisconsin, according to the National Weather Service office in Sullivan.
The NWS said the smoke was pulled into Wisconsin by a cold front that passed through the area Wednesday night.
The smoke will make the sky hazy and the smell of smoke might be noticeable.
