Sharon Lutterman
FITCHBURG- Sharon Lutterman, age 56, passed away, unexpectedly on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at her home in Fitchburg. She was born October 7, 1956 the daughter of Frederick and Adeline Longfield. Sharon grew up in Monona and graduated from Monona Grove High School in 1974. After high school she attended Madison Area Technical College. Sharon was most recently employed as a store manager with Rubins Furniture of Madison. Sharon married Michael Lutterman on August 30, 1980. They were happily married for 32 years. Sharon’s greatest joy came from her three grandchildren.
Sharon is survived by her husband Michael of Fitchburg, her mother, Adeline Longfield, her daughter Katie (Steven); her sons, Ben (Ashley) and Nathan; her grandchildren, Lily, Charlotte and Wyatt; her sisters, Diana, Karen (Kerry), Laura (Scott), Myra, Janet (Karl), Marcia (Steve); her brothers, Brian (Kim), and Alan (Lori) and many other friends and relatives who will miss her very much. Sharon was preceded in death by her father, Frederick and brother, John.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 5101 Schofield St., Monona, at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013. Visitation will be held at GUNDERSON FITCHBURG FUNERAL HOME, 2950 Chapel Valley Road in Fitchburg, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m., on Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013. With a scripture service at 7 p.m. Visitation will also be held on Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the mass at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial may be made in her name to Susan G. Komen For The Cure, PO Box 650309, Dallas, TX 75265-0309. Sharon was a very special wife, daughter, mom, grandma, sister and friend and will be deeply missed.
