Search warrant leads to drug arrests in Adams County

ADAMS COUNTY, Wis. — Two Adams County residents face multiple drug charges after a search warrant was executed at their home, authorities said.
Spring Miller, 38, and Kevin Spears, 43, both of Friendship, were arrested Thursday for allegedly maintaining a drug trafficking place, Adams County Sheriff Sam Wollin said.
During the search, authorities found numerous items related to the use and packaging of heroin, he said.
Police have referred charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of a prescription without a valid prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia for both Miller and Spears to the Adams County District Attorney’s office, Wollin said.
Police also requested a charge of bail jumping for Miller, Wollin said.
