Samantha Marie Funk

Samantha Marie Funk, 24 of Mauston passed away Thursday, April 12, 2012.

Samantha was born on December 8, 1987 in Winona, Minnesota the daughter of Sandra (Funk) Castro. The day you were born you opened your brown eyes and won the world over with your beautiful smile. You had your own taste, you had your own style and you will never be forgotten. My sweet sweet child, this world is a much sadder place without your smiling face. I know you are up in heaven and in a happier, safer place. We love and miss you dearly, rest in peace baby.

Samantha is survived by her mother Sandra Castro, her grandparents Margie Stanchfield, Ronald Funk and Mary Funk, her siblings Lance Newman, Mateus Castro her aunts Angel McMahaon, , her uncles Jr. Funk, Dan McMahon, her cousins Zach McMahon, Kyrie McMahon, Crystal McMahon and our sweet Emma Nut. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Richard Stanchfield.

A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
