Salvation Army starts Summer Kettle campaign

The Salvation Army of Dane County’s Summer Kettle campaign is underway.

The red kettles are back out Friday through July 20. The Salvation Army said its goal is to raise about $70,000

Donations are needed but so are bell ringers.

“We are working towards feeding over 300 meals each day and so we need the support of the public to help us do this,” said Mjr. Loren Carter with the Dane County Salvation Army.
