Rollover crash leads to man’s 4th OWI offense

MADISON, Wis. — James Heider, 51, was southbound on U.S. Highway 51 when he failed to make a turn properly, and his truck rolled over into a ditch, which led to his fourth OWI offense.
A Rock County deputy came upon the scene at 2:53 a.m.. The Janesville Fire Department, Emergency Medical Services and Janesville police responded to the scene.
Heider was transported to Mercy Hospital for evaluation and shortly released. He was arrested for his fourth OWI offense.
Heider is awaiting a preliminary appearance in jail court set for Monday.
