Roland J. Kissinger

STOUGHTON-Roland J. Kissinger, age 81, of Stoughton, passed away on Monday, June 11, 2012, at Nazareth House. He was born on Dec. 18, 1930, in Stockton to Roland P. and Theresa (Winter) Kissinger.
Roland married Betty F. Sconvronski. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. Roland owned and operated a small, family trucking business and also ran the Corner Store.
He is survived by his sons, Gerald (Kay) of Stoughton and Jack of Cudahy;
daughter, Connie Newmann of Milton;
grandchildren, James Newmann, Carissa Kissinger and Jack Kissinger Jr.;
brothers, Harold and Eugene;
and sister, Helen Kuhs. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty;and three sisters, Carol, Kathy and Mary.
Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON STOUGHTON FUNERAL HOME, 1358 Highway 51, Stoughton, at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 15, 2012. Private entombment will be at Forest Home Cemetery, Milwaukee. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday.
