Rock County Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Soliciting Minor For Sex
A Rock County man is accused of propositioning someone that he thought was an 11-year-old girl for sex.
Jonathan Lincoln, 32, appeared in Rock County Court late Friday afternoon. Rock County Sheriff?s Department arrested him on Thursday.
Police said a Louisiana woman tipped them off after she saw Lincoln messaging a 13-year-old girl on a dating website.
The woman decided to create an account, pose as an 11-year-old girl and send Lincoln a message. She determined where Lincoln was from and called police after the messages became sexual in nature.
Lincoln is facing charges for using a computer to commit a sex crime.
