Reva J Jensen

Reva Jensen, age 79, of Baraboo, WI passed away Monday, October 24, 2022, at St. Clare Hospice House, Baraboo, WI surrounded by her loving family.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 5, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the Picha Funeral Home in Lake Delton with Pastor Steven Keller officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. A private burial will take place at a later date.

Reva was born July 6, 1943, in Madison, Wisconsin the daughter of Henry Henriksen and Dorothy (Holton) Bender. Reva was married to Harold (Buzz) Jensen of Elroy, WI, and they had four children, Bill, Dick, Terry, and Nichole. She later had a special 30-year relationship with Richard Fendler. Reva worked as a cook and a baker at numerous restaurants in the Wisconsin Dells area. She had a love for jewelry, collecting anything and everything, and always enjoyed cooking and baking in her free time. But more importantly, gathering with her children, grandchildren, siblings, and special friends took priority.

Reva is survived by her children, Bill (Carol) Jensen of Porterville, CA, Dick (Lisa) Jensen of Fort Atkinson, WI, Terry (Jacque) Jensen of Lake Village, IN and Nichole (Jason) Kocovsky of Wisconsin Dells. Reva was proud of her eight amazing grandchildren, Tony, Jana, Shane (Jennifer), Casey, Brooke (AJ), Ashley (John), Kyle (Michael) and Tess and is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Buddy Bender; sisters, Lela Kozlowski, Sylvia Weidling, Shirly Smith, Sandy Bender-Gilbertson and Bonnie Bennett. She is further survived by many special nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; step-parents, Raymond Bender and Dorothy Henriksen; sisters, Laurie Peasall and Patrica Kerl and a brother, Danny Bender and by her loving partner, Richie.

A heartfelt thank you to her sister Lela for her continuous love and support. And a special thank you to the nursing staff at the St. Clare Hospice House Baraboo for their compassionate and respectful care of Reva during her final hours in a peaceful and serene environment.
