Reebok launches ‘Cotton + Corn’ recyclable sneaker
Reebok is now offering new plant-based recyclable shoes through its website.
A limited number of NPC UK Cotton and Corn sneakers in unisex sizing are available at $95 per pair.
The upper material of the shoes is 100 percent cotton and the sole is corn-based, making it a USDA certified bio-based product.
Reebok also doesn’t use any dyes in making the shoes in order to main their eco-friendly credentials.
The company says more shoes will be eventually coming in its Cotton + Corn collection.
