Quintin L. Urban

MIDDLETON – Quintin Louis Urban, age 90, went to his Lord and Savior on Saturday, Dec. 10, 2022. He was born on July 21, 1932, in Fond Du Lac, Wis., to Walter and Frieda (Zimmerman) Urban. He married Audrey Weismantel on July 3, 1954.

Quintin worked as a schoolteacher and an administrator in parochial and public schools in rural and urban settings. He was a loving husband and father. Quintin loved the outdoors and spent many hours teaching his children how to bicycle, ice skate and ski. The home of Audrey and Quintin was warm and welcoming and frequently filled with children and adults sharing fun times, surrounded by music and lively conversation.

Quintin is survived by his wife of 68 years, Audrey; four children, Linda (Lee) Veltkamp, Julie (Dave) Urban, Dan (Vicky) Urban and Sandra Malone; two sisters, Yvonne (Robert) Fink and Anita Curtis; 13 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his eldest son, Mark; two brothers; and a sister.

A funeral service will be held at ST. ANDREW LUTHERAN CHURCH, 6815 Schneider Road, Middleton, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 17, 2022. Visitation will be held at the church from 10 a.m. until the start of the service.
