Projectile breaks Madison Metro bus window

MADISON, Wis. — Madison police are trying to determine how a window on a Madison Metro bus was broken Sunday night.
Police said the bus window was damaged on South Thompson Drive.
Officers could not determine if it was a slingshot round, a bullet or something else that penetrated the glass. Bus video shows a passenger removing something from the area where a circular hole appeared in the window. It is believed that the item removed could have been the projectile.
No one was injured.
