Power outage closes Blackhawk Technical College

JANESVILLE, Wis. — A power outage has closed the central campus of Blackhawk Technical College.

Classes were cancelled Monday afternoon and are scheduled to resume at 5 p.m.

The outage does not affect classes at the Monroe campus.
