Police: Man robbed at gunpoint unloading car

MADISON, Wis. — Police said a Madison man was robbed at gunpoint as he unloaded his vehicle Friday night.
The Madison Police Department said a 37-year-old man was taking items out of his vehicle at about 11 p.m. on the 300 block of East Mifflin Street when he was approached by two men.
One of the men pointed a handgun at the 37-year-old and demanded his wallet and phone, police said.
The victim told police the men also stole several personal items including a computer and camera equipment, according to the report.
Police said a search of the area by officers and a K-9 was not successful.
One of the robbers was described as black, between 18 and 19 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall wearing a gray T-shirt and a black baseball cap. Police said he was armed with a black handgun.
The other robber was described as black, between 18 and 19 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and jean shorts.
