Police: man revived after 19th heroin overdose
MADISON, Wis. — A 30-year-old man who had just been revived by police said it was his 19th time overdosing on heroin, officials said.
Police were dispatched to Dean Clinic Friday afternoon, where they found clinic staffers assisting the man.
The man was taken to the hospital for treatment and then jailed on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and heroin.
